Rules for Opening Pay Affiliate Promotion

Promotion Period

This promotion will run from the beginning of the day on April 1st, 2014 through the end of the day on April 15th, 2014, all times CST.

Affiliate Eligibility

All Mr. Skin Cash affiliates are eligible for this promotion. Affiliates who sign up during the promotion are eligible, but will not have pro-rated goals, and must meet the same goal as affilites who signed up before the start of the promotion.

Eligable Sales

Only MrSkin.com sales made during the promotion period count toward the affiliate's goal. Sales made after the end of the promotion on traffic which was sent prior to the end of the promotion do not count. Only standard MrSkin.com affiliate sales are eligable; partner cross-sells and one-click sales do not count.

Goal

In order to earn the bonus, an affiliate must reach a sales goal during the promotion period. This goal is calculated based on the affiliate's MrSkin.com sales during the months of February, 2014 and March, 2014. An affiliate must increase their average daily MrSkin.com sales by 50% over their average daily sales of February and March, with a minimum of 10 sales during the promotion period. Affiliates who sign up after the start of the promotion will have a goal of 10 MrSkin.com sales. Only standard MrSkin.com affiliate sales are used for this calculation; partner cross-sells and one-click sales do not count.

Because there are no partial sales, in most cases the total sales required to meet the daily average goal will be rounded. Total sale values less than one-half of the way between to whole numbers will be rounded down to the nearest whole number, other values will be rounded up to the nearest whole number. This rounding is applied only at the end to calculate the sales total goal.

For example:

An existing affiliate sent 100 sales during Feburary and March. His average daily rate is 100/59, or approximately 1.695. To increase this by 50%, he must send an average of 2.542, which over a 15 day period is 38.1 sales, which rounds to 38. Since this is greater than 10, his goal is 38 sales.
An existing affiliate sent 20 sales during Feburary and March. His average daily rate is 2/59, or approximately 0.339. To increase this by 50%, he must send an average of 0.508, which over a 15 day period is 7.6 sales, which rounds to 8. Since this is less than 10, his goal is 10 sales.
A new affiliate signs up on April 1st. Since she has no previous sales, her goal is 10.

Bonus

If an affiliate meets or exceeds their goal during the promotion period, that affiliate will recieve an additional $15 per MrSkin.com sale made during the promotion period as a lump sum. This bonus will be in addition to any normal revshare or PPS payout made on those sales. The bonus will be paid out as a standard payment line item (see the Payments section below for more details.)

Payments

Any bonus payments an affiliate earns from a promotion will be subject to normal payout rules: payments will be made NET 30, as long as their payment settings are up to date and correct and the total unpaid amount is at or above their minimum payout amount, as configured in their payment settings. If the their payment settings are incorrect or they have not earned their minimum payout amount, the bonus will remain unpaid until such a time as all the payment requirements are met.

Standard Terms of Use

All standard terms of use apply to promotions. Violations of these terms may result in banning of the affiliate's account and non-payment of any earned bonus.
